Are your t-shirts printed to order?
Yes. All t-shirts on Twentyone Twelve are printed to order to reduce waste and maintain quality. Production begins shortly after you place your order.

How long does delivery take?
We start fulfilment within 2–4 business days. Shipping then depends on your location:
UK — typically 2–5 business days
USA & EU — typically 2–7 business days
International — typically 2–14 business days

Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes. All shipping options include tracking, though the level of tracking detail can vary by carrier.

Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship from fulfilment centres around the world: UK orders from Swindon, US orders from Florida, EU orders from Germany, and international orders from Florida.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If it’s past the usual delivery window and you’re concerned, please contact us. For the US & EU, if it’s been more than 30 calendar days since order confirmation, let us know. For international orders, the window extends to 45 calendar days. Always include your order number when you contact us.

Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Please see our full Returns page for details on how to start a return.

How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the Size & Fit tab on the product page for measurements and fit guidance.

How should I care for my t-shirt?
Care instructions are included in the Size & Fit tab on each product page. For best results, wash inside out on a cool cycle and avoid tumble drying.

Do you print custom or personalised designs?
Yes! Please contact us with your custom design request at info@21and12.com.

What if I don’t see the product I want listed?
Send us an email at info@21and12.com we seriously consider all product requests and recommendations.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
If you’re planning to buy 5 or more items, contact us at info@21and12.com we may be able to offer a discount.
