Because our products are printed to order, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Personalised items
Personalised or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
